When you are new to us, it is hard to determine what our fees will be until we know what your requirements are.  We can provide an estimate for you, and may match (or better) your previous year fee if the services you require are essentially the same as the prior year.

Yes! In fact, we like visiting client's premises as it really helps us to understand your business better.  Whatever works for you!

Sure! We are happy to teach you how to prepare and lodge it yourself, or we can lodge your prepared BAS, or we can do the whole lot!

Unfortunately, no.   We can, however, still look after your personal or other entity taxation matters and then liaise with your SMSF accountant and auditor.

Yes! It probably isn't as complicated as you think, and we have many years of accounting and tax experience.

We would really appreciate it if you would read our terms and conditions and privacy policy here and then sign if you agree.  This will allow us to add you to our systems before meeting with you.  If you have signed them before, there is no need to again, unless we request it.

Both Leanne and Corinne have worked in public practice since graduating.  That's over 40 years of combined experience (we're old!!)  We are both Chartered Accountants and Corinne is a registered tax agent.

The Australian Taxation Office typically issues your tax refund within 14 days of lodgement.  Please remember to tell us if you need to update your bank details with us, so that there is no delay in your refund being issued.

No, if we specifically negotiate a bookkeeping agreement with you, our hourly rate is cheaper than our regular rate.  We can also negotiate a fixed fee package once your requirements are determined.

We are familiar with most accounting software options, like MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, Sage, Cashflow Manager and Agrimaster to name a few.  We recommend you choose one that fits your needs, industry and budget.  We are certified advisors with Xero. We are professional partners with MYOB, Quickbooks and CFM also.
